A fixed fee scaled to fleet size, depots, data sources and scope — typically £7,500–£15,000 for 50–100 vehicles, and £15,000–£25,000 for 100–250 vehicles.
If you proceed to production within 60 days of a successful pilot, the pilot fee is credited against your first-year subscription.
We charge for the pilot deliberately. A free trial produces a report nobody acts on; a paid one commits both sides to finding something real.
