UK Mobility Intelligence Platform

The UK's Own
Mobility Intelligence
Platform

Behind every vehicle on UK roads, rails, and waterways is a person making split-second decisions under pressure. TogetherSafe is built to support that person — with real-time intelligence on their readiness, their vehicle's health, and the most efficient path forward.

The Problem

Drivers are under pressure no instrument currently measures

Every serious transport incident begins somewhere. Often it begins with a person — tired, stressed, cognitively overloaded — making a decision in a system that had no way of knowing they were struggling.

The person is the missing data point

Current platforms monitor vehicles. None of them measure whether the driver behind the wheel is cognitively ready to make a split-second decision. Fatigue, stress, and cognitive overload don't announce themselves — they degrade performance invisibly, incrementally, until something goes wrong.

Foreign tools for UK operators

The dominant telematics platforms were built for North American roads, regulations, and risk profiles. UK operators carry the Traffic Commissioner's expectations, DVSA enforcement, and a regulatory environment those platforms were never designed for.

Safety, battery, and route data live in silos

Driver readiness, vehicle health, battery state, and route intelligence exist in separate systems with no single layer connecting them. Operators make critical decisions from fragments of a picture that should be whole.

EV fleets are electrifying faster than the tools to manage them

Battery degradation, charge planning, and energy optimisation are safety-critical operational problems — not just efficiency ones. Most fleet management platforms weren't built for them. The cost of not knowing is a stranded vehicle on a cold morning, and a driver who never made it back.

Our Platform

Three modules. One intelligence layer.

CLASS-AI is the cognitive safety core. EV-Lifecycle and EV-Optimize extend intelligence across the full asset and energy lifecycle.

Core Module — Safety Intelligence

CLASS-AI

A driver six hours into a shift doesn't always know they're impaired. Fatigue and cognitive overload degrade decision-making quietly — long before the person behind the wheel feels it, and long before anyone else can see it.

CLASS-AI measures what no tachograph, dashcam, or telematics platform currently can: the cognitive readiness of the operator in real time. Heart rate variability, heart rate, steering entropy, shift duration, route monotony, and environmental load are fused into a single readiness zone — GREEN, YELLOW, ORANGE, or RED — with a clear explanation of every factor that contributed. Fleet managers receive actionable alerts with a time window to intervene. Drivers see their own score privately. The system is explainable, auditable, EU AI Act aligned, and non-punitive by design — because a safety system that drivers resist is not a safety system.

EV-Optimize

When an electric vehicle runs out of range mid-route, the failure isn't just operational — it's a person stranded, a schedule collapsed, and a fleet manager making difficult calls with no good options. EV-Optimize gives operators the intelligence to prevent it: physics-first energy prediction using speed-curve modelling, adaptive range control, and charge stop planning built around the actual state of each vehicle — not manufacturer estimates that don't survive contact with a loaded trailer or a winter morning.

  • Dynamic route and charge stop planning
  • kWh/100km prediction (speed-curve physics)
  • Adaptive Range Control (ARC) corridor timing
  • Grid tariff optimisation and off-peak scheduling
  • CO₂ savings and net-zero reporting

EV-Lifecycle

Battery degradation doesn't announce itself. A pack at 87% State of Health looks fine — until it doesn't, and the failure arrives without warning on the worst possible morning. EV-Lifecycle uses Wöhler fatigue cycle modelling and Arrhenius thermal degradation physics to estimate remaining useful life months in advance — giving operators the lead time to plan maintenance, rotate vehicles, and protect both the asset and the people depending on it.

  • State-of-Health estimation (Wöhler + Arrhenius)
  • Remaining Useful Life prediction
  • Urgency-ranked maintenance scheduling
  • Fleet-wide battery health aggregation
  • Asset depreciation and resale modelling

Design Partners

Built with operators, not just for them

Our design partners are working directly with us to shape the platform against real operational requirements — ensuring what we build solves problems that actually exist.

Voltric

EV Charging & Energy Operations

Working with us to ensure EV-Optimize reflects the real operational pressures of EV fleet management — charge decisions made under time pressure, grid constraints that change daily, and drivers who need a plan that actually works.

Design Partner

Welch Group

Commercial Road Fleet — HGV & Freight

Working with us to ensure CLASS-AI and EV-Lifecycle reflect the realities of commercial HGV operations — long shifts, compliance pressures, drivers who are professionals taking their safety seriously, and fleet managers who need to act before an incident, not document one after it.

Collaborators & Validation

Credibility built on independent validation

Academic rigour, industry collaboration, and government assessment — independently confirming the platform's technical and commercial merit.

Advanced Propulsion Centre — Technology Assessed

TogetherSafe has been assessed through the Advanced Propulsion Centre Mobilise programme — the UK government's independent evaluation of technical and commercial merit in advanced mobility technology. Independent assessors confirmed that the platform addresses a genuine and significant safety need, describing the technology as compelling and the problem as one the industry urgently needs to solve.

The people in your fleet deserve better intelligence

If you run a fleet and you've ever had a driver say they were fine when they weren't — or a vehicle fail when it shouldn't have — this is the conversation to have now. We work with a small number of operators at a time. Tell us about your operation.
